Frequently asked questions
- 01A climbing session is scheduled for 2.5 hours and you can climb the entire route within your height limit. We start with equipment and instructions, then you are free to climb the routes as much and as many times as you want within the 2.5 hours.
- 02We use the world's safest system, RopeRoller. The safety rope is attached to your full body harness that we help you put on at the beginning. Once we are done with the instructions, you can start with the courses.RopeRoller is an all-in-one system, you don't have to worry about it when you start climbing.You only need to attach your safety line at the beginning of the course and it is secure until you reach the end, where you can safely remove it again. During the course, you cannot remove it, so you are always secured.
- 03Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 1 day before the reservation.
- 04Yes, we have a free parking space for all our guests.
- 05Our weight limit is 120 kg.
- 06You are not allowed to climb when you are pregnant or under the influence of drugs/alcohol or heavy medication.In case of medical conditions or injuries (for example, back or neck problems), you must always consult your doctor before participating in our activity.
- 07In case of severe weather (such as thunder, lightning or strong winds), the trails may be closed for a short period until we decide it is safe enough to climb again.While we cannot offer a full refund, your time may be extended in the event of any course or park closures, or vouchers will be made available for you to use for future climbs during that season.
- 08You can't fall, because you are always secured by your safety line! If you lose your balance, you hold on to the safety line and can try to climb back up the obstacle. If you don't manage to get back up, we will always come to you and help you!
- 09We recommend that you dress for the weather. Open shoes and flip-flops are not permitted.Climbers wear climbing harnesses, so dresses or skirts are not recommended either.
- 10We sell drinks, such as soda, coffee and tea. We also have ice cream, hot dogs and some cakes. But you are more than welcome to bring your own food! We also have a barbecue area available for our guests.
- 11Yes, you are allowed to bring your dog, but it must be on a leash at all times.
- 12No problem, we have already helped many people overcome their fear of heights!Our park is designed at different elevation levels. All of our courses start and end at the same elevation level.The first two courses start at 1 meter, so everyone can complete at least the two.After that, our courses start at 4, 8, 12 and 16 (up to 18) meters.Our instructors are always on the ground supervising you, and if you need more help, we can always come up and help you!All of our courses are a challenge of your own choosing and we promise we will never try to make you do anything you don’t want to. But… the sense of accomplishment you get from completing a course or whizzing through the trees will leave you smiling from ear to ear! Why not give it a try – you might surprise yourself!
